Bender's son is a small robot who wears a cap, shorts and has an antenna on both sides of his head (interestingly similar to the original design of Bender and how he appears as a child in Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles).
Not much is known about Bender's son (not even his real name), only that his father left him at an early age. In the year 3008, his father returned, though only so he could exchange him for the Robot Devil's Army of the Damned. It is likely he is doomed for all eternity rather than dead, as Bender told the Robot Devil, "No backsies," indicating he doesn't really want him back.
