[Whaler on the Moon]I don't know... it's Tuesday already and still no one changed the featured article.

It changes on its own. Sometimes you need to force a refresh. If in IE, CTRL+Refresh(F5), if in Firefox, Shift+Refresh(F5) should do it. It's showing up on my machine, so it's just a matter of having a fresh version showing up. Sometimes the database takes a while to update, too. Also, nobody actually changes the featured article, it's automatic. I put a little tiny thing at the bottom of my userpage to make sure things work, and it shows the current year and week, so I know when the main page should change (and if it doesn't, then I purge my cache and refresh). Also also, be sure to click the link for the previous featured articles, and make sure the newest one is added. I'm not sure, but it may help your browser get the new one in its memory. Buddy13
