I saw in this episode a reference to BioShock Infinite and partially to the first BioShock. BioShock Infinite - research facility in clouds like Columbia city The first BioShock - Mom feels constrained by earth laws (as Andrew Ryan or Frank Fontaine), so she arranges genetic experiments in place where earth laws do not constrain.
