The Hall of Eternity is the headquarters of the Nibblonians. It is located ten miles west of the exact centre of the universe, on Planet Eternium. Here, they plan to defend the universe against the Brain Spawn. The writing on the 2 towers says "Fuzzy Wuzzy" in AL2. As mentioned in the commentary, the obelisk-like towers act as a sort of Rosetta Stone between the alien languages.
