Zagtar, defender of space, was a giant warrior robot who was destroyed by the Evil Wizard.^{Disputed canon} Amy suggests the Planet Express crew summon Zagtar, before Hermes reminds her of Zagtar's demise.

Production

Zagtar was first seen in the storyboard of "Reincarnation", released by the Countdown to Futurama on 13 June, 2011. The notes describe him as "a giant space robot", which hints that he is not from Earth.
