== General Info ==

Benders Big Score is the more than likely temporary name for the first of the four Futurama Movies. The outline of the story is Planet express goes through a hostile takeover (Similar to the one in Future Stock ) and the new owners force Bender to do their evil bidding. Seeming it is still in production the info is likely to change.
ZoidZoidhttp://theinfosphere.org/index.php?title=Popplers&diff=8117Popplers2006-12-27T13:19:25Z
ZoidZoid: Completely redid the Poppler page

== What are Popplers? ==
Popplers are undeveloped Omicronian young. They are born into large pits on a nursing planet (type M) the Omicronians to not take care of their undeveloped young but they do have "Nanny-Cams" positioned around the planet to keep an eye on things. Because they are undeveloped they have an iressistable taste to humans and many alien species.

== How they were discovered ==
Popplers were discovered by Planet Express employees Fry, Bender and Leela. The Planet Express crew were on their way back from a "Planet of the Moochers" the natives cleaned out their food supplies so they were forced to make an emergency stop to find Food. Fry discovered the pits of Popplers, and Leela defined them as edible. they were then proved to be addictive so they filled the Planet Express ship with them and brought them to earth.

== How they got their name ==
The Popplers were originally going to be called "Tastycles" but it sounded to much like "Test-sickles" but when informed that the only two names not trademarked were "Popplers" and "Zitzlers" they chose Popplers
ZoidZoidhttp://theinfosphere.org/index.php?title=A_Whole_Lotta_Leela&diff=8115A Whole Lotta Leela2006-12-27T12:52:47Z
ZoidZoid:

*'''Leela''':I'm sure this must be very upsetting for you.

'''Fry''': Y'know, I guess it should be but, actually, I'm glad. I had nothing to live for in my old life. I was broke, I had a humiliating job and I was beginning to suspect my girlfriend might be cheating on me.

'''Leela''': Well, at least here you'll be treated with dignity. Now strip naked and get on the probulator.

===Questions===
*What was the shadow under the desk just before Fry fell in the tube?
*The ruins of Old New York are visited again in "[[The Luck of the Fryrish]]".

===Mistakes===
*When Leela calls for backup, her [[wristlojackimator]] is on the wrong wrist.

===Real-World References===
*The introduction is reminiscent of Star Trek intros (with similar music and voiceover).
*The barrel-throwin' gorilla is a reference to Donkey Kong.
*The police use sticks that resemble the light sabres from Star Wars. Unlike their Star Wars counterparts, they are blunt weapons, rather than superheated blades.
