Farnsworth's Girlfriend is an enormous woman who spent her $300 tax rebate (in Three Hundred Big Boys) on a radical treatment that disguised her as a much thinner person. When she met Professor Farnsworth, he too was diguised, but as a young person thanks to the full pound on stem cells he had applied to his face. When those stems cells wore off and his true identity was revealed, Farnsworth's Girlfriend revealed her true weight, and they agreed it was better to know the truth. They then proceeded to passionately make out.
