Jack the Ripper was a serial killer in England in late the 19th century, and is part of Zapp Brannigan's "History's Greatest Villains".
In a malfunctioning of the Holo-Shed on the Nimbus, the hologram of Jack the Ripper along with the holograms of Attila the Hun, Evil Lincoln and Professor Moriarty came to life and caused mayhem on board the ship, until Zapp destroyed them by blasting a hole in the ship's hull.
