alt.tv.futurama was a Usenet group dedicated to Futurama discussion. During the original run, it was extremely popular, and even actively visited by David X. Cohen. After the show was cancelled, it dwell into Usenet's consistent fall in activity, as other discussion boards become more popular over the years.

On the commentary of "Luck of the Fryrish", David X. Cohen quoted some comments on alt.tv.futurama for comments on the episode in question.
