Antimatter is a substance opposite to matter. It is seen in Into the Wild Green Yonder. When Hermes and Zoidberg are holding two wine glasses, they bring them towards the screen, Hermes's is labeled matter and Zoidberg's is labeled antimatter. They touch each other, causing a huge explosion.
