Ashley Lenz is an animator and television writer who was a director, assistant director, and character-layout artist for Futurama. Outside Futurama, she has worked on, among other media, The Simpsons, The Simpsons Movie, and the 2009 film The Princess and the Frog. In 2013, she won a Daytime Emmy Award for outstanding directing in an animated program, along with former Futurama animators Brian Sheesley and Stephanie Arnett, for her work on the T.V. series Dan Vs..
