A B.U.B.D. is a small disc possessing the possible Genetic blue prints for a Bending Unit. It contains appearence, software, and personality for Bending Uits to have, getting it from their parets.

Outer Construction

When fully charged, the disc is placed in a large machine that scans the disc and builds the body around it, first building the head.
