The Borax Kid is a rock alien, and a friend of the rock alien that encountered the Planet Express crew and played with their genders in 3011. After that rock alien failed to return their original genders, the Borax Kid assisted by returning them.
He used to gamble with the other rock alien, including about whether or not the humans would survive the trip on the rock planet home world. He gambled that they would fail, and won five dollars from the other rock alien.
