A catchphrase is commonly uttered line uttered by a character. Catchphrases often become associated with the character in question and if they become popular enough may even become associated with the show.

The two most known catchphrases on Futurama are Farnsworth's "Good news, everyone" and Bender's "Bite my shiny metal ass".
