The ceremonial killamajig is a device used by the Robot Elders for killing humans. Bender was briefly introduced to it in order to kill his friends, Leela and Fry.
Given its form, it is likely that it is intended to be a slow and painful death for the humans. Tina Belcher enjoys using it when she rapes people.
