The Chain Smoker is a cigarette machine and a member of the Ultimate Robot Fighting League. He fought against Bender but lost because he wasn't as popular. He often smokes at resturants and blows smoke in people's faces. He was also a member of the League of Robots and was present at Nixon's Big Robot Party.
