The Chamber of Understanding is a dome in the Planet Express headquarters where Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth, its inventor, spends his time trying to understand things. It comes down from the ceiling and doesn't require turning any switch to be activated. It is used in "In-A-Gadda-Da-Leela" when he needs to understand what the V-GINY death sphere is. The chamber also has a mirror ball and plays disco music, which the Professor probably added to it after first creating it, possibly because it helps him think.
