Dad is the owner of Dad's Dandy Doo-Dads, and tried to take over MomCorp with Uncle Toby. Dad was revealed to be from the future by Leela (posing as Mom), who then used this information as blackmail to stop him and Uncle Toby from taking over the company. They then became janitors.
