David Cross is a comedian, writer, and actor who provided the voice of the tentacled alien Yivo in The Beast with a Billion Backs.
Cross is probably more well known for his role on Mr. Show with Bob Odenkirk (who once prvided the voice of Chaz), whose brother, Bill, is a writer for Futurama. He's also known for the role of Tobias Fünke in the cult TV series Arrested Development. He also plays Ian in the 2006 film Alvin and the Chipmunks.
