The Democratic Order of Planets (DOOP) is similar to the United Nations or the Federation of Star Trek. The DOOP first appeared in "Brannigan, Begin Again" (2ACV02).
They were briefly housed in a headquarters orbiting the Neutral Planet, which was destroyed by Zapp Brannigan. Afterwards, they returned to their former headquarters in Weehauken, New Jersey.
Ambassadors in DOOP include the following races or planets:
- Insectoid planet (name unknown)
- Space-Lizard planet (name unknown)
- Planet Amazonia
- The Neutral Planet
- Trisol
- Chapek 9
- Earth
- Neptune
- Nylar 4
- Slugs
