Dora the Destroyer is a main fictional character in the animated television series Dora the Destroyer. A sequel or spinoff series to Dora the Explorer, a preschool kids program that aired on Nickelodeon in the early 21st century, it is unknown whether this Dora retains the last name of Marquez. On her journeys, she and her best friend Boots defeat their enemies using high-powered machine guns. This, a stark contrast to the previous series, is a blatant parody of the squeaky clean standards of preschool-aimed television shows.
