The Emmy Awards are television production awards handed out annually to the television entertainment industry. The Emmys are considered to be the most prestigious honor in American television, on par with the Academy Award in film or Grammy Award in music, and the awards are given out for several categories across several different aspects of television.

Futurama has been nominated several times at the Primetime Emmy Awards and has won a few awards including for Outstanding Animated Program.
