Eric Rogers is the main author for the Futurama Comics Series. He has authored the majority of the issues, including the entire first ten. He is also known for some work on the Simpsons Comics series, published by Bongo Comics Group (the same company that prints [[Comic Listing|Futurama Comics]]. Eric Rogers is one of the main authors of the comics, being responsible for the entire first ten, and a writer of the series. He only wrote one episode during the original run, but returned as a full-time writer for the second run. Rogers is also known for working on the comics based on The Simpsons.

On 7 December 2011, he was nominated for a Writers Guild of America award for "The Silence of the Clamps". [1] However, on 19 February 2012, the episode lost to The Simpsons episode "Homer the Father".
