Ethan 'Bubblegum' Tate is a human from the Globetrotter Homeworld. He and his globetrotters occasionally challenge Earth to basketball for no reason. In addition to being Captain of the Globetrotters, Tate is senior lecturer in physics at Globetrotter University. He once helped Professor Farnsworth figure out how to stop time skips and refused to let Bender join the Globetrotters. He also was a judge on the Television show Iron Cook. In Bender's Big Score, he and his team helped Professor Farnsworth to better understand the time travel pradoxicality equation, and he and some of his people faught for Earth in the battle between Earth and the Scammer Aliens.
