The '''F-ray''' is a raygun that emits a neutrino beam that allows its user to see through anything, even metal, making it more powerful than an X-ray.  It was created by [[Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth|Professor Farnsworth]] in the year 3000. {{er|1ACV13}}

The radiation is capable of sterilizing humans, making it necessary to wear a full-body radiation suit.  [[Philip J. Fry|Fry]] is not aware of this, and is sterilized when [[Bender Bending Rodriguez|Bender]] shines it onto his crotch.  The first known use of the F-ray was looking inside Bender to find the source of his fever, and it was later used by Fry and Bender to try to find the winning can of [[Slurm]].

In [[3013]], [[Zoidberg]] used the F-ray to check what was wrong with the Professor's kidney replacement, and discovered that he had been given one of [[Hermes]]' manwiches instead of a new kidney by mistake, {{er|7ACV24}} and the Professor used it to see whether Zoidberg's new girlfriend [[Marianne]] was a [[robot|robo]]-slave. {{er|7ACV25}}
