The '''first Omicronian invasion of Earth''', also known as '''The Defence of Earth''', was a battle which began after [[Omicronian Saucers]] attacked the monuments of the world. The [[Omicronians]] demanded that the people of [[Earth]] give them [[Jenny McNeal|McNeal]]. [[President McNeal]] called for all ships of the [[Democratic Order of Planets]] to report for duty and assist the [[Nimbus]] in attacking the Omicronians. [[Zapp Brannigan|Zapp]] came up with a plan to concentrate all fire on the Omicronian Mothership which would weaken the other ships. The ships attacked the Mothership and [[Philip J. Fry|Fry]] managed to destroy it. Unfortunately what was thought to be the Mothership was actually the {{w|Hubble Space Telescope}}. The Mothership destroyed most of the fleet but the [[Planet Express Ship]] and the [[Nimbus]] survived. The Omicronians kept control of Earth until they saw the final episode of [[Single Female Lawyer]].
