Fry, Bender and Leela's replacements are a woman who looks similar to Leela, a man who looks similar to Fry and a robot who looks similar to Bender. They were going to be the new Planet Express crew hired by Professor Farnsworth because when Omicronians had invaded Earth, Fry, Bender and Leela joined the DOOP to fight them in a dangerous battle. When the real crew arrived, the Professor told the replacements to come back soon just in case. They were going to have the same jobs of the real crew (Leela's replac. as captain, Fry's replac. as delivery boy and Bender's replac. as the "alcoholic, foul-mouthed").
