The Giant Diamond is what Martians trated their land for. Leo and Inez Wong gave it to them to get the Occidental Hemisphere of Mars, but the Martians thought the diamond was a "bead". Many years later, they discovered what it actually is, so they wanted their land back. They took Amy so Kif Kroker, Fry, Leela, Bender and Zapp Brannigan went for her. When the Martians saw Kif flying a Buggalo, he was taken to smoke the peace pipe, though he coffed it and had to be killed using the "bead", when everyone realizes it's a giant diamond.
