Gorgak was the Prime Minister of Trisol until Emperor Bont was killed and Bender was appointed the new Prime Minister by the newly appointed Emperor Fry. [1ACV07] Gorgak was likely rehired after Bont was restored to power by the Planet Express crew.
He also was a one-time game show contestant, [US#005] and attended the ceremony for the implosion of the violet dwarf star, [ItWGY] Planet Express's 100th-delivery party, [6ACV12] and Zapp Brannigan and Leela's mother's wedding. [7ACV05]
