The Hall of Eternity is the headquarters of the Nibblonians. It is located ten miles west of the exact centre of the universe, on Planet Eternium. Here, they plan to defend the universe against the Brain Spawn. As mentioned in the commentary, the obelisk-like towers act as a sort of Rosetta Stone between the alien languages.

- The alien language in the towers seen in 3ACV07 means "Yummy Tummy", and in 4ACV10 (image) it means "Fuzzy Wuzzy".
