Hugh Man is a Decapodian and member of the Decapodian Army. He acted as an infiltrator in the Earthican military during the Decapodian Invasion of Earth (4ACV05). Hugh Man is very unlikely to be his real name, possibly used to sound like "Human" and convince Zapp Brannigan he was a Human, making it easier to steal the codes for Earth's global defence network.
