Human traps are used on [[Chapek 9]] to entice [[humans]] and trap them. They are designed much like primitive mouse traps and are thus probably intended to kill the victim. The [[robots]] of Chapek 9 use butter as bait in the traps. There are rarely any humans on Chapek 9, but even if they were, [[Bender Bending Rodriguez|Bender]] points out that butter is an ineffective bait, implying that a "low-fat" bait would be superior.
