Little Drunk Sheila is a little girl who was almost crushed by an out-of-control mechanical buggalo, in 3013, in a redneck bar (7ACV22). She was told to look out, and attempted to shield herself with a doll, but luckily the buggalo was shot.

- The British rock band Slade has a song called "Little Sheila".
- In "The A-Team", the crew encounters a ship resembling the Planet Express ship, and its captain is named Sheila. (This is a reference to the fact that the captain of the Planet Express ship is Leela.)
