The meatery is a meat market where there was a fire in 3013, which was likely started by the fire monster Flamo. ^[7ACV18] Above the door, there is a sign that reads "K", in Alienese.

Bender put out the fire, after stopping by the market to buy ingredients for a chili, and rescued Hattie, who was shoplifting a lamb chop. The crew was going to help put out the fire, but he told them not to.
