We are now on a new server.  Hopefully, this will boost responsiveness.  The optimising will still be in effect though, until we may move server again to a more stable solution, while this should suffice for now, it is not a permanent solution.  Though, no need to change your bookmarks.  We are also experiencing some strange outtakes, hopefully these will be resolved soon.
We are now on new and fast server.  And will probably stay here.  Some limitations are still in effect.  In addition, pages with special characters (such as &, ?) may not work correctly.  We are currently looking into this.  We apologise for the downtime.
