Moose and Mandy are a teenaged mutant couple who enjoy racing hover cars through the sewers. Moose has antlers like a moose and a pig nose, while Mandy has Snail eyes and scales.

Trivia
- This couple could be based on a similar couple from the classic Archie comics. Archie's Moose goes by the same name and has a similar appearance and manner: both are large, muscular, blond, have similar hairstyles, wear a varsity sport jacket, and are generally simple minded. Mandy could be a reference to his girlfriend, Midge, although Midge is brunette and Mandy is blonde.
