Biography
Morgan Proctor is a bureaucrat at grade 19 working at the Central Bureaucracy and inspects other bureaucrats. She temporarily worked as the bureaucrat for Planet Express while Hermes was away and had a secret affair with Fry because he was a slob. When Bender found out about the affair she took his brain. When she tried to fire Fry, Hermes found out she had only stamped a form 4 times and reported her to Number 1.0 which lost her job as the acting bureaucrat at Planet Express.
