Ms. Pac-Man is a Pac-Man character created by the What-If Machine by Fry asking what if life were more like a video game. She was the wife of the General Pac-Man but in her last battle (one day before his retirement), the Lrrr's ship shoots him, and he died disappearing by folding over like in the Pac-Man games. Ms. Pac-Man came and cried, then Fry asks to Amy to tend the "widow Pac-Man".
