Little is known about the Neutral Planet. It is the homeworld of the Neutral People, a member of DOOP, and their people hold no strong views whatsoever. It was briefly the home of the DOOP Headquarters, until it was destroyed by Zapp Brannigan. Their government is a democracy, headed by the Neutral President.
They also have an embassy on Earth, which is on the same street as several other embassies from various planets.
