Little is known about the Neutral Planet. It is the homeworld of the Neutral People, a member of DOOP, and their people hold no strong views whatsoever. It was briefly the home of the DOOP Headquarters, until it was destroyed by Zapp Brannigan. Their government is a democracy, headed by the Neutral President. It appears that when they are in a emergency situation, there is an alarm with different levels, and one of them is Beige, as seen in Brannigan, Begin Again.
They also have an embassy on Earth, which is on the same street as several other embassies from various planets.
