Norway is an Earthican country in 31st century Northern Europe (6ACV13). However, as it only appeared in a non-canon segment, it may not exist anymore in the real universe. It is possible Norway was dissolved into the Earth government, although other countries were proved to be existent when Leela said the USA is part of the world (2ACV03), and Bender and Hermes went to Tijuana, Mexico (6ACV06).
