Phaser Eye Surgery is where a doctor changes your eye with loads of skin and bone from your foot and leg then the doctor takes some skin from other bodies and puts it over your leg to look like it has not been taken off. Inall theres not that many phaser eye surgery doctors in the world of futurama, but many charecters have had it happen to them but its quite populer.
