Discussion
Requesting wiki pages over https (ex. https://theinfosphere.org/) tries to load external resources (like stylesheets) from https://theinfosphere.org:80/, which is invalid. This results in unformatted pages. $wgServer is likely set to an incorrect value in the wiki's LocalSettings.php.
