Considering the episodes and movies, Bender. He waited underneath that limestone cavern at times for thousands of years who knows how many times in Bender's Big Score, while Fry got frozen for about a thousand years twice (assuming we don't combine with the times Lars got frozen and consider his brief time frozen in the Cryonic Woman negligible). If the Late Philip J. Fry counts, they were both there the whole time. Fry did go off on that alternate time between him and Leela in Meanwhile, but that wasn't for nearly long enough to compensate for Bender's Big Score. I'm not sure if this is different considering other media, I haven't played the game or read the comics, but that's the answer considering the episodes and movies to the best of my knowledge.
