Brief descriptions should be added. Still incomplete, there are more than 100 astronomical bodies cited in Futurama.Bender22 14:20, 9 December 2006 (PST)

Looks good to me, there's no rush to complete the list. - Quolnok 18:11, 9 December 2006 (PST)

As a table

Why not make the article as a table instead? And the huge list of contents is crazy. --Svip 14:24, 8 March 2007 (PST)

Well, something has to change. Perhaps a table would be better, I'm still confused why the divider lines were put in. - Quolnok 21:44, 8 March 2007 (PST)

Placeholder Images

I said it in the edit summary, but it bears repeating: Whoever removed the placeholder images is a jackass. Those things exist for a reason. They make it easier for screenshot-takers to find needed images and get them in there. Removing them just makes things non-standard (because now only some planets have images next to them) and makes it a pain in the ass to add in pictures later. Because who's going to know they need pictures without searching through every single page in the wiki and taking note of what doesn't have a picture where one should be?! ... *vents* ... → Buddy13 FW16.png 11:41, 9 March 2007 (PST)

Okay, fine. Tediously checking the history on this page shows that there never really were placeholders for all of them. Just some. Still makes it weird, but whatever. But people have been deleting placeholder images from other pages. Can't think of one off-hand, but it is rather annoying. Anyway... --Buddy 11:46, 9 March 2007 (PST)

Fictional Planets

Some of the planets on here like Cyclopia and Planet of the Clams don't exist so shouldn't there be a seperate section on the page for them - Humorbot 0.4 13:51, 10 May 2007 (PDT)

Yes. There should. --Buddy 13:27, 12 May 2007 (PDT)

New layout

I was thinking that perhaps we should give this entire article a complete reshape. And I mean really slashing. First of all, how about change its name to "List of astronomical bodies"? I mean, sure the planets make sense to have there. But the moons and the satellites?! Not really. Also, let's stop the separation, and the whole agenda in one giant list sorted alphabetically, with a "sorting" at the top (like you've seen on some Wikipedia articles). And then put the whole thing into a table. I would do it now if it wasn't because I had dinner to fix. Mmm... --SvipTalk 09:46, 10 April 2008 (PDT)

So have it able to sort itself by Name, Episode, Prodcode, etc? I'm sure most of the listing articles need at least some work done, it did look okay at one point though. - Quolnok 21:19, 10 April 2008 (PDT)

Globetrotter Homeworld

We have an image of it now. If my computer was working, I'd've uploaded it myself. There are several worlds in BwaBB--how many of them haven't we seen before? I wasn't counting. --Buddy 00:46, 10 July 2008 (CEST)

Other than Globetrotter Homeworld, we don't see any worlds we haven't seen before. If I recall correctly, we see Trisol, the Near Death Star, Planet Amazonia, Nude Beach Planet and Omicron Persei 8, excluding the Globetrotter Homeworld and - duh - Earth. --SvipTalk 00:51, 10 July 2008 (CEST)

Chapek

I'm pretty sure that in the commentary for Fear of a Bot Planet, that someone (David X?) said that Chapek was the name of an author, and that was the inspiration for the name. Can anyone confirm?--JoeyMousepad 03:02, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

Yes, he invented the word "robot" -- Karel_Čapek. --Buddy 03:48, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
Might be worth a mention?--JoeyMousepad 04:07, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
Chapek 9 ought to have its own article, where it is mentioned. --SvipTalk 10:22, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
Many apologies, boy is my face red. --JoeyMousepad 02:57, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
Don't feel bad. If I'd known we had that, I'd've linked there rather than the Wikipedia. --Buddy 03:08, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Table

The entire article would look better as a table.--190.30.9.57 16:18, 30 November 2009 (UTC)

As I mention here. --Svip 16:25, 30 November 2009 (UTC)

Oh, I didn't see your comment above. Sorry.--190.30.9.57 16:33, 30 November 2009 (UTC)

Pova-9 or Tova-9?

I always thought this planet was called Tova-9, after Tova Borgnine's cosmetics company of the same name. Just thought it might be worth looking into.

Roman Numerals

Why were all the planets with numbers changed from regular numbers to roman numerals? Obviously, the images don't work like this, but does it matter? Should we change it back or not? I personally vote yes.
