:I have to agree - somewhat.  My main problem with this article is that where does the limit go?  I would say it should only be for "big things", but in general, those should be allowed to have their own article, and that includes ''[[2001: A Space Odyssey]]''.  I wouldn't mind an "Allusions" article explain what an allusion is and having links to articles that deal in detail with a specific popular culture concept. --'''[[User:Svip|Svip]]'''<sup>[[User talk:Svip|Talk]]</sup> 22:16, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

I have to agree - somewhat. My main problem with this article is that where does the limit go? I would say it should only be for "big things", but in general, those should be allowed to have their own article, and that includes 2001: A Space Odyssey. I wouldn't mind an "Allusions" article explain what an allusion is and having links to articles that deal in detail with a specific popular culture concept. --SvipTalk 22:16, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
