Is the title of salesman accurate? Wouldn't calling him a real-estate agent or landlord be better? Teyrn of Highever 03:12, 23 March 2011 (CET)

- From my point of view, it is accurate, but it's not the best name we can come up with. Also, as long as you're doing this, can you please change the pages that link here as well so they'll use the new designation? There's only four of them, so it shouldn't take very long. - Transcript edited. This weekend I'll finish the transcript for The Futurama Holiday Spectacular then go on editing the older transcripts. It has been years since they were written and there could be more links on some of them. Also, clarification on names like the one done here need to be made.
