Tickle Me Bender were dolls modelled on Bender that Planet Express made. They didn't sell very well and, as a result, Planet Express went out of business (also because the delivery crew went missing). When the Professor "tickled" the toy, it laughed and said "Quit touching my junk, you pervert!"
