Tijuana is a town in Mexico, located a stone's throw from the American frontier. This is the city where Bender was built in Mom's factory (3ACV06). Hermes lived there when he worked as an inspector for Mom. Later, Bender went here for a trip with the Fratbots, but Fatbot caught a virus and had to be rebooted (1ACV11). In 3010, Hermes and Bender were in the city to find Inspector #5 (6ACV06).
