Todd Susman is an American actor. On Futurama, he provided the voice of the DOOP camp's public address announcer in "War Is the H-Word". His appearance is a reference to the role he had in M*A*S*H as one of the two never-seen P.A. announcers of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital.
